Men as Dogs?

Everyday leaders, how is it that men are sometimes compared to dogs? Infidelity is a betrayal that results a stolen marriage; a trusted friendship between women being killed; and a family unit that is destroyed (John 10:10). But, the reactive comment that “all men are dogs” is absolutely the saddest. Are we saying that we think little of our men?  How is it that the one who was first created in the image of God and appointed to have dominion over all the earth (Gen1:26); the one who was blessed to fill the earth and subdue (Overcome or bring under control) it (Gen 1:28); and the one who is anointed as capable men and the head of households (Numbers 1:4) have been, in some cases, reduced to that of being compared to a dog? Is that how we honor our men? Or is the comment a justification for us to accept less than the best and give men permission to lower their standards? Either way, women like never before are needed to be “suitable helpers” (to assist, aid, to support, helpful, companion) or to think more of themselves as being “bone of his bones” (made of man, and joined to man, Gen 2:20-23) and to pray without ceasing (1Thess 5:17). We each have the power to build to greatness or tear down and diminish.  Women, like never before, are being positioned in leadership roles such as the head of households, Pastors, Executives, Managers/Supervisors, Entrepreneurs, Principals, and Directors. We must step into position and PRAY for our men!  They need us and God loves His people; even when we fall short.  Men are NOT dogs they are God’s people. http://4everydayleaders.wordpress.com/, www.meetup.com/EntrepreneurinHighHeels

Only Be Strong & Very Courageous!

"Only be strong and very courageous..."~Joshua 1:7. It's interesting how you can set standards for yourself and then some one will set out to prove that you compromise just like so many others. For example, your standard is no alcohol, someone will know that and yet still offer you a drink. But everyday leaders must We should never lower our standards to accommodate others. Everyday, we make choices that either, make us greater, or diminish us to normality. They either propel us forward or keep us in a lower position. Remember that just because something is a popular choice, does not mean that it's the right choice. Raise your standards everyday leaders and then fight to maintain your position. To whom much is given, much is required ~ Luke 12:48

Break Free!

Have you ever had an encounter with the spirit of witchcraft? This witch or warlock spirit attempts to control and dominate anything and anyone. In fact, if you don’t conform to their wishes, they will hold you in contempt and give you the silent treatment, have angry outbursts, with-hold things from you or even put a spell on you by negatively influencing others through speaking evil against you. But, be not afraid because what the devil meant for evil, God is able to turn it around for good! Furthermore, NO ONE can stop you from reaching your destiny- not even you. Which is why the best way to handle this spirit is to focus on pleasing God and not man; stand firm in your convictions; and remember that God is in control and He is greater than all! Sure, being around this spirit can cause anyone to feel uncomfortable, but everyday leaders understand that what matters most is what God thinks. Join Royalty at www.meetup.com/Royalty

Resurrection day- Just when things looked the worst, it's alright now. Whatever you're going through, it's not greater than God. Raise your expectations, because today could be the day when your life changes forever. In fact, grace is the receipt for what the blood of Jesus paid in full. So now, everyday leaders should... stop trying to pay for something that has been paid for already (lack, debt, pain, shame, guilt, and etc..). When trouble comes our way, we must be confident that God will take care of it. As long as we believe (worship of God) and not panic (worship of Satan), He will prove to be faithful. Even if it means changing something inside of you and not the situation. God is faithful if we trust in Him! Join Royalty at www.meetup.com/Royalty

Stay Out of the Box

Do you remember the jack-in-the-box toy? This toy reminds me of some of us. Society and even some people in our lives want us to be content with staying inside of the box with them. And every time that you try to break free, they have a tendency to push you back in the box with words like, "you're not qualified"; "you can't afford that"; or "that's not what we do". Yes, if leaders are not careful, people can actually determine what we can do. But everyday leaders must challenge themselves to think outside of the box. We must focus on what gives us hope for a better future. Faith requires action- so get to work. Stop waiting for corporate to promote you; and start a business; get a higher education; get certified in something; train in something new. Watch your influences; stop living according to society's expectations & give yourself permission to live an extraordinary life! We must urgently live as if everyday is our last. Because with God, nothing is impossible! Join Royalty at www.meetup.com/Royalty

Not Guilty

Parents, please don't blame yourself for the choices that your child(ren) make!! Instead, let them go and trust God to show him/her mercy because, as much as we want to, we can't fix everything. As much as it hurts, we can't make every single thing "all better". So, after you've done the best that you know how, let it go and choose not to feel guilty. I know that it's easier said than done. I know that your heart aches to see them in the situation(s). I know that you feel like no one understands, but God does and things will get better. Because we've all made poor choices and then had to live with the consequences. But, most of us have learned the lessons and have become better because of the experiences.

So cry if you must, pray, but hold your head up high and stop believing that you are a failure when you've done the best that you could. None of us asked for society to be so hard on our children. None of us knew that life would be so difficult for our teens/children. But, everyday leaders must believe that God is able to, not only, change our child(ren) into productive members of society, but to also cause them to feel privileged and hopeful about a great future. Liberation is Great!

It is so liberating to be adamant about pleasing God and free from the opinions of people. To not have to take offense when someone treats me like I'm less privileged because I don't have a man; to not feel obligated to place people on a pedestal in order for me to be promoted; to not be shameful about my weaknesses and how I may not measure up to others; to not get upset when people make comments that suggests that being articulate or striving for excellence is not befitting for my skin color; to not feel guilty for choosing to do what's morally right; and to not have to depend on people to acknowledge me or even look into my eyes in order for me to feel valuable. I assure you that freedom means peace of mind, stronger confidence, and even prosperity. Yes, everyday leaders must be distinguished but they are indeed destined for greatness.  Join Royalty at www.meetup.com/Royalty
