Too often, we don't spend enough time cleaning our hearts. And so our heart becomes polluted with bitterness, guilt, manipulation, anger, slandering, unforgiveness, and hate. In the same way that we must clean our homes daily and consistently, we should, more importantly, clean our hearts-- through admitting that there's a problem; repentance; refusal to think on evil thougts; and through discerning what we feed our mind- like positive uplifting music, inspirational books (It does no good to stop fornicating but continue to read lusty books about sexual gratification); and empowering television shows. There's nothing worst than being clean on the outside but dirty on the inside. Commit to keeping your heart clean. Not only will you make life more pleasant for you but for those around you as well. Leaders always consider what's best for the team as a whole.
