What promise have you made to yourself for this new year? Is it to loose weight? To get out of debt; buy a new home; or get a better job? Whatever it is, commit to keeping your promise. Leaders set realistic and manageable goals; are determined to work on it everyday; and find creative ways to stay motivated. Always keep the goal(s) in front of you (write it; keep pictures before you; join a network to keep you focused and held accountable). Above all else, set the standard for others- be faithful to you!
