Everyday, we teach people how to treat us. When we act responsibly, we are given more responsibility; When we act like we care, we are considered trustworthy; When we are great communicators, we cut down on the micro-managing; and likewise, when we act like leaders, we are treated like leaders. Please don't misunderstand, there will always be unhappy jerks out there. But leaders understand that you don't need a job title to make you a leader. You need the right attitude and belief system. Great leaders are leaders before they obtain a title. Humbly teach others to always treat you like the leader that you are!
