Stay Out of the Box

Do you remember the jack-in-the-box toy? This toy reminds me of some of us. Society and even some people in our lives want us to be content with staying inside of the box with them. And every time that you try to break free, they have a tendency to push you back in the box with words like, "you're not qualified"; "you can't afford that"; or "that's not what we do". Yes, if leaders are not careful, people can actually determine what we can do. But everyday leaders must challenge themselves to think outside of the box. We must focus on what gives us hope for a better future. Faith requires action- so get to work. Stop waiting for corporate to promote you; and start a business; get a higher education; get certified in something; train in something new.
